Ukraine, that the two parties who know the details should be the only ones
negotiating

Wait a minute. I just noticed something else here.
If conditions for negotiations can only be made by “the two parties..who
know the details that nobody else would be aware of…” then HOW THE HELL WAS
THIS DUMBASS EVER GONNA END THE WAR IN THE FIRST PLACE, LET ALONE IN
24HOURS?
