Interesting:
After I did my interview, I wrote a thank you letter to the interviewers. 
Got a response back.
One  wrote me back what I would call a really great response

It was a pleasure meeting you and discussing your qualifications! I hope
everything works out well for you! 

Also, I just bq'd for another job.  Doesn't mean I have an interview.  Just
that I am qualified to work for them.  Cool huh?
