I kind of had this idea in my head for a long time to make some sort of 
"web interface" for alt.fan.dragons, meaning you can access all of AFD 
through a familiar forum-like interface. The only thing that has stopped 
me, really, is figuring out Usenet itself. I very much grew up with more 
modern technologies, and figuring out how to make a modern web 
application interface with something ancient is a bit beyond me.
