I think there are remaining issues. Now I'm not able to compile CVS HEAD 
on Windows against either 5.2 or 5.3. Unfortunately I'm not C 
programmer, I'm only PHP programmer. I was able to make only the last 
patch because it was very easy. But if I can help somehow let me know.
