My apache sometimes crashes but it's very unpredictable. This is from 
error log:

[Sun Oct 18 15:11:12 2009] [notice] Parent: child process exited with 
status 3221225477 -- Restarting.
[Sun Oct 18 15:11:13 2009] [notice] Apache/2.2.13 (Win32) configured -- 
resuming normal operations
