Win32 Releases of APC only at 3.0.11

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this request ...

The php version 4.4.1 builds of APC at 
http://pecl4win.php.net/ext.php/php_apc.dll appear to be only at 
3.0.11-dev - is it possible for them to brought up to the most recent 
version?

I'm getting the crash when apc is run in CLI that was fixed in 3.0.12 - 
it's not an urgent request/problem however.
