Good beta testers,

I have packaged a release candidate for beta 3 called 4.0b3RC1.  Unless
there are serious problems with this release, it will be re-released as
4.0b3.  Please download it from
http://www.php.net/~ssb/php-4.0b3RC1.tar.gz, give it a whird and post
problems here.

Remember that this is still a beta release, so we'll do new release
candidates only if showstopper bugs are found.
