Ok on

Linux 2.0.x libc5  (mysql, msql, pgsql, gdttf, ldap, snmp)
FreeBSD 3.0-current (pgsql, gdttf, ldap, snmp)
NetBSD 1.3.2 (ldap, snmp)

All tested as cgi version including Sys V extensions.

pmake on FreeBSD doesn't cd into subdirectories properly (dbase and
regex). Don't know how to fix that.
