yet another 3.0.9 tarball

Okay, hopefully this is the last time. There is a 3.0.9 tarball
at http://www.php.net/~jimw/php-3.0.9.tar.gz. If nobody tells
me otherwise, this will get released as the official 3.0.9 at
17:00 GMT tomorrow (June 4, 1999), or possibly a few hours
later (but definitely not sooner, so don't worry).

If any major problems are uncovered with this tarball,
I will repackage it, send another message, and restart
the twenty-four hour clock.

Just be glad we aren't bumping the version number for
each one of these failed releases. :)
