This may (or may not) be the same as bug 45282. I cannot tell from his
post whether or
I experience this error irregularly. I think I am missing something from
the error that is happening.
Reproduce code:

Expected result:

$my_client should be a valid SOAPClient (and it usually is).
Actual result:
