Bug description: Missing libmysql.dll
Description:

There is no libmysql.dll in the php-5.3.0alpha2-dev-win32.zip archive.
I tried to use one from php-5.2.6-win32.zip (the last stable release), but
apparently it doesn't work.
P.S. If there is a more suitable place where I can post feedback about
testing PHP 5.3 on Windows, please tell :)
