Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves. 

A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external 
resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a 
database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates 
all necessary tables, stored procedures etc.

Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.

I have just used lattest windows snapshot of VC9 x86 Non Thread Safe.

Bug is still present, so crash still occurs.

Ok, I will make a backtrace then and post it here.
But until I do it, this is last what I found out:

Remember comment line:
// From DB....

Well if I remove JUST one dot it becomes:
// From DB...
and NO crash occurs!!!

If I ADD just one dot it becomes:
// From DB.....
and NO crash occurs!!!

What does it tell you, at a first glance?
I think, that it is, a specific number of string symbols, in .php file
that represent PHP(code) script itself, that brings core down
