CVS Account Request: tomh

Hello, I would like to contribute to, and maintain the Language Reference and Features sections of the english version of the PHP manual, especially variable variables and the OOP areas. 

I would also like to update the mySQL documentation as some parts of it are unclear, such as mysql_query not accepting multiple queries in one go, and insert some common mySQL errors+solutions in the mysql_error documentation.
