Take a look at the latest weekly report, find the files below the menu named
"ط§ظ„ظ…ظ„ظپط§طھ ظپظٹ ظ‚ط§ط¦ظ…ط© ط§ظ„ط§ظ†طھط¸ط§ط± ظ„ظ„ظ…ط±ط§ط¬ط¹ط©"
Choose one or more files, send an email to the mailing-list telling that you
commit to review these files.. if you get the confirmation start revision.

Start reviwing the files by reading the english source first.. then read the
arabic version.. report any mistakes (typo, language, techincal) and change
them.
You have to consider that source files are xml based so xml format must be
considered too, if there's an xml malform report it and change it too.
You also have to consider the revision number of every file, usually files
have a tag telling the revision number.. for example the arabic file which
is translated against the EN-REV 1.6 cannot be reviewed against EN-REV
1.12..
if you have any questions don't hestiate to ask.

Send your final report about the files you reviewed to the mailing-list,
including the corrected files. and so on.
