I was busy I couldn't answer your email directly. I need sometime before answering. Besides, I was waiting for my CVS account to be activated before answering so I can give a constructive replay. 

Anyway, I'd say we use RevCheck the one php.net has it online already. No need to complicate it and and use other systems. In the mean time, try to apply for the CVS account.
