Follow up

[LOL, I sent a copy of this email to the main doc list by mistake]

Well, took me up to 2 weeks to figure out the problem. The PHP team couldn't receive my CVS application because I ALREDY have an account on the same email since 2002 lol. 

Anyway, I'm trying figure out how to do stuff. The PHP Documentation HOWTO is poorly written and I'm gonna need time to figure out how to work on the documentation. If you know anything please share it with us. 

After getting familiar with how to translate, we will be ready for the next step... setting up a way to manage team of translators.
