Greetings Khaled and others,

It's great to see a desire to translate the manual into Arabic. The =
Persian team (Pedram) did spent some time getting RTL languages working =
but I'm afraid it's not yet perfect. Maybe you can guys can also help =
with that. Also, I'm CCing doc-ar@ as maybe some lurkers there are =
interested.

Contributing begins with patches, which eventually turns into SVN =
access. In other words, you should check out the php documentation =
sources, fix things, then submit fixes as patches. Once people realize =
that you're a sane person who truly does want to contribute, then you'll =
gain commit access.=20

The following will be a good start:

Also, if you're into testing newish things that may or may not work, =
then try out (it'll setup the doc environment):

 - =
http://svn.php.net/viewvc/phpdoc/doc-base/trunk/scripts/create-phpdoc-setu=
p.php?view=3Dco

There isn't a one page HOWTO nor PDF. Also, please feel free to ask =
questions, and talk to you guys soon! :)

Regards,
Philip=
