to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.

Note the pt_BR translation is only patched via GitHub: https://github.com/phpdocbrbridge/traducao

The English version is official, the others are translations.
The docs for file_get_contents are already marked as being out of date for pt_BR translation - because there's much more that needs to be fixed than just that second argument.
If you'd like to contribute to the translation project yourself, each page has an Edit link that takes you to the online editor where you can submit a patch for just about everything.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: https://php.net/function.file-get-contents
---
The second param for this function is a Boolean $use_include_path in the English version, but int $flags in the Brazilian Portuguese version: https://www.php.net/manual/pt_BR/function.file-get-contents.php
Those flags might actually be useful, but which is correct?
