 New Comment:

I see no point in duplicating this documentation, especially since
the driver is developed by Microsoft, so they know best how it
works.

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/sqlsrv.configuration
---

The http://www.php.net/sqlsrv.configuration page does not contain any information explaining the meaning of and the usage of these config settings:

.WarningsReturnAsErrors
.LogSubsystems
.LogSeverity

So configuring this SQLSRV driver correctly is difficult.

The above config settings should be properly documented on this http://www.php.net/sqlsrv.configuration page, even if you have to cut and paste the data from https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc296188%28v=sql.105%29.aspx

Test script:
---------------
N/A - documentation

Expected result:
----------------
Clearer documentation so you don't have to go searching for info outside the php.net domain.
