In the xmldiff PECL package, there's a libdiffmark option in config.m4, but there's no associated entry (configureoption) in the package.xml file.
It would be nice to have it too.

PS: I submitted this bug to the PECL/PECL category because there's no PECL/xmldiff entry (see also https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=76685)
