Oh, right!  It seems the Romanian translation is practically
unmaintained[1]; I suggest to mark it as inactive, so that it is
no longer shown.

Also, you may want to completely remove SPL Types section for the Romanian language (SPL Types section only exists for Romanian language)

and all the pages in Romanian language which refer to SPL Types.

Sorry, my bad, I did not notice I was referring to an unofficial mirror. Still, I believe you'd want to remove this page from the documentation

on "PHP Manual > Function Reference > Other Basic Extensions" documentation page 

only EXISTS for the following languages
Romanian, Korean
e.g.
http://php.adamharvey.name/manual/ro/refs.basic.other.php <- 'SPL Types' section exists

but is MISSING for following languages:
English, Brazilian, Chineese, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish
e.g.
http://php.adamharvey.name/manual/en/refs.basic.other.php <- 'SPL Types' section does not exist
