In which case, is it worth sending these translations to the attic in
some form? Reducing doc-all to the active and/or viable translations?

As what I'm doing is simply standardisation at the XML level (rather
than anything to do with the translated text), I'm happy to complete
it for the doc-all (the work is done and it is just commits).
