Fix codespell typos in actively maintained PECL extensions (#5633)
* Fix codespell typos in actively maintained PECL extensions
Run codespell across the documentation for non-core extensions that are
still actively maintained on PECL (mongodb, imagick, swoole, oci8,
sqlsrv, memcached, gearman, ibm_db2) and apply the suggestions. Split
out from the broader non-standard extensions pass so each maintainer can
review their own surface independently.
