Italian building process runs again on an old version

Hi everyone,

we're facing some issues with the Italian documentation since we keep on
receiving emails with misleading errors
<https://news-web.php.net/php.doc.it/3201> on our mailing list. Yesterday I
updated the corresponding repository on GitHub and the action
<https://github.com/php/doc-it/actions/runs/6732364454/job/18298924637> is
not reporting any errors. Could you please check it? How can we fix this?
