Redistribution of Language Reference manual

To Whom It May Concern:

I have just finished writing and I am in the process of editing the "PHP 5 Language Reference".  I got a substancial part of the manuscript from your site.  What is the correct copyright line for PHP 5?  What is the official logo for PHP 5?

I would like to publish this as a printable ebook.  There are time when I like having a hard copy of a language reference.  There are times when I and others are not able to access the internet for the online references.  This is especially true when I go to the mountains for a break and I do not have internet access.

I am also planning on writing a couple more books on PHP 5,  One on "Forms and Database Security" and a series on "PHP 5 Functions".  The functions will brokend down into different areas in a similar fashion to the way they are online.  Any information that you have on these subjects would be greatly appreciated.

I apprieciate the work you have done on the online version of the manual, it has made a world of difference for me and other programmers.  Keep up the good work.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this request.
