Re: copyright violation of php documentation and php.net mirrors

Our documentation license properly outlines that if you copy the manual, 
and leave the whole content (including the authors and contributors 
lists and the copyright information) intact, then you are not violating 
the license. If you are to make any modifications, then you need to ask 
us for permission. If you have any further questions, please ask at 
[email protected] (where I also cc-ed this mail for further 
reference).

If you would like to propose a mirror in the US, then hold back, we have 
enough mirrors there. Otherwise please check http://php.net/mirroring - 
but note that there are a lot of mirrors currently disabled due to a 
change on the rsync server, and they are getting back up in the coming 
days, so the current public mirror list is not a good indication of 
where we have active mirrors currently. Please ask us with your country 
name before you start setting up anything.
