Redistribution of PHP documentation in CD-ROM

Hi,

I am an editor at ASCII Publishing in Japan. We are planning to publish a
book on PHP "Mikka de Tsukuru PHP Application" (Develop Your PHP Application
for 3 days!) on January 31.

This book has a CD-ROM which contains some sample codes. And with your
permission, we would like to contain PHP
documentation(http://www.php.net/download-docs.php) in CD-ROM.

Please give me a permission and let me know your address for a sample copy.
