    When a user contributes a note to our websites, the content of
that note remains the copyrighted property of the user.  If you can
find the contact information for the contributor, please contact them
directly.  In lieu of that, such as when a note is contributed
anonymously, it is safe to consider it "in the public domain," and may
be used as you wish without necessitating the contact and
permission-granting by the contributor, as the contributor willfully
donated the content to the community without interest in preservation
of ownership.

    The remainder of content presented in the manual and on the
website is under Copyright and license.  Further - and future -
inquiries regarding such should be directed to our documentation
license mailing list at [email protected].
