Printing for reference...

Hi there... I am trying to print the PHP documentation from your website. (PDF) But my manager say I can not because he can not find (nor I) that expressly states that I can print this for personal use as reference material.... Can you get me pointed in the right direction or point me to a link that expressly states that this is ok ? so that I can have some printed material to reference ? Or do I need to obtain permission before doing so? This will solely be used as a reference for me and me alone. Thanks much for your help!
