    No, that's fine, there's no problem with that at all.... except
that it's way outdated.  That's more than half of a year behind the
current version found here:

        http://www.php.net/manual/en/

    Instead, check out how to mirror the PHP website and
documentation.  Since you won't be running an official mirror, please
don't resync your mirror too often.... but once per week would keep
your local copy of the documentation nicely updated without putting
too much strain on our systems or yours.  To see how, check here:

    As for the licensing of the documentation, the most up-to-date
copy of the license we're presently using can be viewed here:

        http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

    Any other questions about the docs, drop us a line here again.
