Could I copy some of your docs, and have you a full BNF syntax tree

Hi PHP folks

I wish to develop http://php4j2me.googlecode.com and will need some
docs at some point. Can I copy the basic syntax document section? Is
there a template for any client libraries I may introduce? Do you have
a full BNF syntax tree so I may implement the full PHP syntax and
feature set?
