My name is Farhad Sakhaei , I'm a PHP developer and have some experience of
coding based on PHP
I am a member of Elxis Team (Open Source Content Management System)

We in iranphp.info , want to make a great community for PHP for Iranian
people...
So in the first step , want to translate whole PHP manual in Persian
And in the continuing the development want to prepare a community for PHP
News , Articles , snippets and etc ,
So I am writing this message to grant a permission for manual translation
...
So please let me know if there are any conditions or rules for this purpose
We hope that can make PHP most popular than any another web programming
language more and more ...
