About to translate into Chinese

Dear PHP Documentation Gruoup,

Hi,I am Luke  from China. I like PHP coz it's a wonderful language that more
convenient than ASP,C#,JSP and so on while building up webpages. PHP Manual
give me lots of help, not only PHP language but also English reading and
comprehension.And an idea flash in my brain. I wanna translate it into
Chinese.Though there are some Chinese PHP materials on the internet, I still
want to do it myself.I think this is a challenge for me and also it will
make me much more understanding PHP.
I hope that I could get your authorization to translate it into Chinese.
