IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST all communications with any and all
addresses, subordinates, and assignees holding addresses under the
php.net domain, due to your continuous attempts to send unsolicited
commercial email (UCE, AKA "SPAM") to our network, in violation of
Federal Law.  Namely, a mailing list you operate via
[email protected], intending to further utilize and interrupt our
networks in the attempt to propagate your unwanted messages.

    Further, be advised that failure to comply with this order will
result in criminal charges being filed for HARASSMENT VIA
COMMUNICATIONS, VIOLATION OF THE "CAN-SPAM" ACT OF 2003 (Title 15
U.S.C. Section 7701, et seq.), UNLAWFUL USE OF A TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION
DEVICE, and related offenses, as well as both criminal and civil
actions filed against you in Federal Court as permitted by law.  In
civil action, we reserve the right to seek punitive damages to the
maximum allowed by law at the time of filing.  Your domain registrar
will also be notified, which may result in your domain being revoked,
in accordance with their policies and those of the Internet
Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

    Again, you are ORDERED TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST all
communications with any electronic mail address under the php.net
domain.
