Distribution of .mobi version of the PHP Manual

Thank you very much for the PHP Manual.
I've converted the .html version to the .mobi format, so it could be
used by the e-book readers on Kindle devices.

Please let me know if it is allowded to distribute if for free
download for my website visitors (in English and other languages),
