    Yes, you can use the documentation in any way you see fit or
desired, provided it remains within the confines of the present
license, which is the Creative Commons Attribution license, version
3.0 (Unported).  You may view the simplified version here:

    Feel free to print and mail this email to them as proof of
authorization.  We will not be doing that.

    No need to let us know of the registration.  In fact, the email
would probably be dismissed as a SPAM announcement anyway.  Further,
it seems as though your email may have been a canned message, as much
of it was very general and irrelevant to our projects --- including
your mention of a "Partner Program in [our] Company."  First, we're
not a company; second, there is no partner program related to anything
you've requested or mentioned.

    That notwithstanding, your usage of the documentation is
permissible under the aforementioned license.
