Translating php manual to Bengali Language

Hello

I am php developer, I am working many years with php and mysql, As everybody
know that php manual is the ultimate resource for php. I found that it has
no Bengali language, So i want to start translate it in Bengali. as
thoushands of usera here in Bangladesh and apart of India, using this
language and as you know these countries are doing well in this sector, to
make this process easier, I want it to be translated into our native
language so that everyone will understand the php.

Now Can I start? and what procedure I should follow? and what language code
I shall use? If you reply and help me with your idea and guidance it will
help me a lot.
