    It was 30 August, 2013, and I was the one who answered you.  The
answer to the question you asked was direct and sufficient, and the
questions you have below are different --- and the tone set by the
context is rather abrasive, I might add.

    As it says everywhere in the manual, the PHP Documentation Group.
This is a collective of several individual volunteers, and not a
single body or entity.  In addition to that, the "Group" actually
evolves regularly, with some folks joining and others leaving.  As
such, the PHP Documentation Group is more of a general title for those
who produce and maintain the documentation, with no ownership of any
of it belonging to one author or grantor of license.

    It is as described in the license.  There is no further need for
permission, nor any directive of attribution.  Essentially, you do as
you see fit, provided it at no time violates the license, and that it
in no way implies you are the owner of the property, in any way,
shape, or form, and that we neither endorse nor are affiliated with
your use of our works.
