Dear Tiscali team,I haven't got a clue what to do with the attachment you
have sent with this email. Why do you guys think that because you know your
way blindfolded round a computer that everyone else does.We ordinary mortals
need to be led by the hand through these options that are offered to us
when we click on something such as a zipfile. You are right that something
weird happened recently. The computer started freezing up after a few minutes
of use even when not connected to the net.The support team at Medion told me
to try uninstalling Bullguard AntiVirus which I did and the computer then
worked OK.But then I was without protection so I tried to reinstall it after
sending everything I could find relating to Norton and Symantec to the
recycling bin.But then the computer stated it detected a previous version of
Bullguard on the computer, uninstall it,I couldn't do any more as when trying
to use the add/remove program I get a box up stating there is a problem with
the Windows Installer package.Does any of this ring any bells with you
guys? What do you want me to do next? Regards
Richard
