I'd like to ask why did you change the license to OPL? Since Debian considers the OPL as non-free, (http://www.debian.org/legal/licenses/dls-005-opl) I can't distribute phpdoc with Debian officially. Any change you'd change this to another license? Is there someone particular I should try to convince?
