As far as our license goes, you should include the PHP Manual author
list in your publication, plus you should reference your source in every
place you use our content. Otherwise I see no problem with reproducing
parts of our content. If you find any errors or omissions, please notify
the documentation team via the bug system (bugs.php.net).
