Feel free to hand out a complete copy of the manual in electronic
format, as long as it includes the author and contributor lists and the
license text. It is also fine, if you print a few copies of the preface
and the two chapters you mention, in case you also keep the license and
authoring information intact.

Please submit bug reports against the documentation, in case you find
any errors or important omissions in the text.
