Yes, it's huge :)

In your case you'll instead checkout the phpdoc-sl module which  
includes both sl/ and en/ and eventually you'll copy some files from  
en/ to sl/, translate, then commit... but first please translate a few  
files and post them to [email protected].  And please use utf-8  
encoding.
