SL (slovenian) documentation

Hello!

I pointed out this a whille ago, just got a mail from one user, so here I am
again.
SL documentation in CHM format is downloaded in some different language.
Could you please check it out?
One more thing ... I see that phpdoc-sl was not compiled for some time ... I
know there was error, but I fixed it, long time ago. Could you put it back
to 'the list of languages waiting to be compiled'?
