Hi,

The  ICAP  extension  is  deprecated,  the source of the library is no
longer  available and therefore the docs of the ICAP Extension will be
removed. Since January there is a note about this in the en-manual.
The Mcal library is the "successor" :-)

This will happen:

1. Gabor Hojtsy will add an alias for php.net/icap to point to php.net/mcal

As soon as Gabor Hojtsy added the alias:

2. A note will be added to Mcal-docs to inform the users.

3. Excluding the docs from the online build system by removing
   &reference.icap.reference; from manual.xml.in

4. Deleting the ICAP-docs from CVS in all languages. This will be your
  job :-)
