The user contributed notes have never been part of the "downloadable version" of the manual, except for the CHM :| We are looking into ways to offer these notes.. But its slightly more complicated then it sounds.. Its not at the top of the priority list, so I wouldn't expect these notes to show up in the downloadable versions until after at least a year. -Hannes
