Blank pages in http://doc.php.net

Hello,

I was going through the PHP documentation when I came across a few pages for
using text editors (VI or Emacs) For some reason, those pages have no
content on them. Is it just a temporary failure or are those pages under
construction?

I could work on them if you want me to.

Please help me forward this mail to the appropriate list if this is not
where this message is supposed to be (Got the mailing list address from the
"Contact Us" page)
