In most countries you can only bump the copyright year if you actually
modify the file in that year.
Even year spans ("2010-2014") are a dodgy area.
Keep in mind thought that copyright and license are two totally
different subjects.
For license, we require BSD style license.
Meaning... If this rendering engine is gpl... we have a problem.
