Only somewhat related, and not a complaint against anyone specific:

Can we please use /docweb/cron/* as wrappers only?

Any logic should be in /docweb/scripts/ ; this makes it easier to see 
what's actually happening, and doesn't force a maintainer to guess the 
frequency of a given job.
