Yeah I was fiddling around and realiased that.  *G*.  In the past it 
used to work with just having 666 on the various .sqlite files and 751 
on the sqlite directory.

I'm going to look into running the docweb site via fastcgi-php5 in the 
near future so that the phpdoc user can only read and write to all the 
sqlite database files without them having to be world writeable.
